This 9-motor glass beveling machine can complete rough grinding and fine grinding in one pass. The polished effect is similar to a mirror surface, with accurately ground angles. The control system uses PLC control with automatic and manual modes. The human-machine interface clearly displays the glass thickness, width, bevel angle, remaining glass thickness, and various parameters such as processing speed. The transmission speed is adjusted by frequency conversion.
The chain plates are made of thickened steel plates, and the slide gibs are produced using several special processing techniques, featuring superior wear resistance, deformation resistance, and stable operation. The motor has a solid structure, high precision, and low power consumption, making it suitable for beveling and milling large quantities of glass parts.
